My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bailey (and Mia) is a 1.5 year old Basenji mix. He was homeless for 7 months. He hung out around an apartment complex are all 7 months. We finally rescued him (and Mia) and had him vetted and to our surprised this baby was heart worm NEGATIVE after being on the streets that long we were expecting him to have them. When feeding time comes for he will skip eating time to be loved on. It is so sad that he went without love and affection for so long because that is truly all he wants. He was not happy about being on a leash for the first time as expected, but after only a few days on being walked on a leash he is perfectly fine with it. He loves loves loves water. If whomever gives him forever home allows her to have a pool or area to get wet he will be in complete heaven. He will be neutered in 2 weeks and also micro-chipped. He is kennel trained which is also surprising since she was on the streets for so long.
