Story
This is Boots, a 2 yr old female Lab mix (may have shepherd and/or rottie in her mix). Boots is a rescue dog (adopted when she was a puppy) that is loved and cherished by her current owner. Her owner is in her mid 80's and has become unsteady on her feet so is now having trouble caring for Bandit and her sister. She has asked for help to find her beloved dogs a new home where they will be loved as she loves them. Boots is super sweet and spoiled! She loves to snuggle and give kisses! She sits on command for treats and responds quickly to bedtime awaiting her bedtime treat! Boots loves butter as a special treat! She enjoys playtime with her sister and other dogs! Her ideal and recommended home will have another dog for her to play with (or to be adopted with her sister, Boots). She will need a suitable size fenced yard (not suitable for apartment living). She is an inside dog and is housebroken and crate trained. She does ok on a leash but could use some practice. She loves people and would be best suited for children 8 yrs+. Boots would be great fit for an active family. She would enjoy all kinds of family outings and adventure! BOOTS IS CURRENTLY IN TX AND ONCE ADOPTED CAN BE TRANSPORTED VIA AIR TO SEATTLE. Boots is spayed, current on all vaccines and current on flea/tick prevention and heart worm prevention. ***Boots is a bonded sibling with Bandit. We are hoping to find them a home together*** If interested in Boots, and/or her sister Bandit, please submit an application at https://form.jotform.com/53273244456153 What's Up, Pup? Story
Scout is a "miracle pup"! She was rescued from the city shelter in San Antonio with severe anemia and intestinal worms as a result of flea infestation. She also had Parvo. She is believed to be a shepherd mix and will likely be a medium size adult (35-50 lbs). She is a precious, healthy, happy girl full of life and love! Scout is playful and loves attention and being held and cuddled. She is an amazing pup! Scout will make an ideal family member. Scout's preferred home has a secure fenced yard for supervised outdoor play and potty.
