An adoption application can be completed and submitted online at https://form.jotform.com/53273244456153

Minimum age for applicant is 25 yrs old.

** Puppies remain available until an approved adopter has finalized the adoption and paid the adoption fee.

**Puppies are placed in homes that we feel are best suited for both the puppy and the adopter. We do not place puppies based on how they look but instead on temperament, exercise needs, needs of specific breed types, etc... Our goal is to match the right puppy with the right home.

Adoption includes spay/neuter, microchip, 2 sets of shots, bordatella vaccine, rabies vaccine if 12 weeks of age or older, deworming, current flea/tick prevention, current heartworm prevention, interstate health certificate and crate.

*Adoption Fee may vary.
