Additional adoption info
If interested in adopting a pet the first step is to fill out an application at Motorcitymuttsrescue.com. After we have reviewed it, we will give you a phone call with any follow up questions if you are approved and will set up a meet and greet with the pet you are interested in. If the dog has a lot of interest, we will take applications for a few days before setting up a meeting based on which family would be the best fit.
If you decide to pursue adopting the pet after the meet we will set up a home check. If all goes well, there is an adoption fee specified on each pet's profile and an adoption contract.
Fenced yards are not required for all dogs, though some dogs will need one. Families with children 10 years old and under will not be considered for small breed dogs or young puppies.
