The Cat Committee is a non-profit - 501(c)3 - all volunteer TNR/adoption organization for cats and kittens. We operate out of Mt Pleasant, PA and help all surrounding communities. We are a TNR group (trap,neuter/release) and also find homes for the adoptable cats found during this procoess. We also help many other cats and kittens in need.

Almost Home is an adoption organization for cats and kittens. We operate out of Mt Pleasant, PA (Westmoreland County) and help all surrounding communities.
Additional adoption info
Our adoption donation is $90 (unless otherwise noted). All cats are spayed/neutered prior to adoption (no exceptions), Leukemia/AIDS tested, wormed and are current on shots (booster and rabies). They are also treated with Revolution upon arrival.
Sometimes when adopting two cats together we offer a reduced adoption fee.
There is an application and contract to be completed by all interested adopters. A vet check and landlord authorization is also required.
