Zeena was the President/Founder’s (Lissette) first ever dog. She was an amazingly sweet and smart little Pug/Shih-Tzu mix that sadly passed away during a routing spay procedure at the young age of 6 months. Due to this loss Lissette and her husband (Shawn) began rescuing pets in Zeena’s name. She started small with another rescue and moved up within it. She has saved many pet’s and felt that she could do so much more by starting her very own sanctuary and pet rescue. Lissette has 6+ years of rescue experience and over 100 pets saved. She is interested in educating the community and making strong strides towards ending breeding and the suffering of innocent pets. We are the voice of abused and abandoned pets. They deserve happiness and love at any age and at any state. We rehabilitate and re-home them carefully and thoughtfully with no other purpose than to improve their qualities of life and bring happiness to the families that adopt them. Open your heart: volunteer, donate, foster, and share! Peace, Love, & Rescue! Until there are none left!
