Rebecca's Rescues

Animal rescue in Brick, NJ

Rebecca’s Rescues is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue based out of Ocean County, New Jersey. Our desire is to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering as well as to find loving homes for the many homeless cats currently suffering without a place to call home. Our goal is to ensure that as many cats as we can, get to live a life off the streets, out of cages and into warm, caring, permanent homes. We strive to find the perfect home and we aim to do this by doing home checks and meet and greets before we place any cat into an adoptive home. While we are primarily a cat rescue, we do occasionally get puppies in that we place in loving homes.
Spay and neuter services and any necessary medical care is provided for all of our rescues. In addition, we work diligently to Trap, Neuter and Release (TNR) as many stray cats as we can. Through the promotion of responsible pet ownership and the humane treatment of animals, we hope to end the suffering of all animals.

Additional adoption info

We ask that you fill out an adoption application on our website: www.rebeccasrescues.org. Once we've received it, it gets reviewed by our adoption team. We will check your vet references, perhaps speak to your landlord. We all do this on a volunteer basis, and we have families and jobs, so sometimes it may take a day or so for someone to get back to you.

Once approved, we discuss who might be a good fit for you, whether you have dogs, young children. Since all our animals are in caring foster homes and we have no shelter, we bring several kitties to you to meet and hope that we make the best match for both the puppy, cat or kitten and you.

Our kittens and puppies have set adoption fees, but anyone a year or older is whatever you want to donate as a fee.
