SOS is a very small rescue dealing mostly with abandoned/stray/or unwanted kittens and cats. They receive vet care, vaccines, and are spayed or neutered before being placed into loving indoor-only homes.SOS tries to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. We hope to be able to take in dogs as well in the near future.

Our adoption process :
We usually DO NOT do same-day adoptions. There may be some exceptions. (such as, if you have adopted from us in the past and your info is on file).
There is an application to adopt. If other animals are in the home, a vet reference check will be done. If you rent, a landlord pet agreement form will be required.
Adoption fee is $125. (Two kittens adopted together is $200) Some animals who are with us for a longer period of time, or who are seniors may have a reduced adoption fee. This will include 4 distempers, rabies, spay or neuter, leukemia test, 2-3 wormings, and flea treatment (if needed).
All adoptive homes must be INDOOR only and adopter must sign a contract NOT to de-claw.
SOS reserves the right to refuse adoption to any person we feel is not in the best interest of the kitten/cat.
Dog/puppy adoption fees will vary.
There is a third page to our application for K9 adoptions.
