If you are looking to surrender (re-home) a pet(s), please contact your local shelter for further information.

Additional adoption info
If interested in adopting a pet, an application must be completely filled out.
You must be 21 years of age and provide identification.(Driver's License)
If other pets reside at the home, a vet check is required.
If you rent a home/apartment/condo etc, a copy of the lease must be available to be seen by a HHAS employee during adoption procedures. The lease must state that animals are allowed.
If you already have a dog(s) and are looking to adopt another dog, a meet and greet is required to take place at the shelter and witnessed by an HHAS employee.
