We serve Shelby County in Central Illinois. We euthanize for lack of space. Most dogs will at least have a heartworm test and results available before adoption. All dogs require that you sign a form to spay/neuter, microchip and rabies vaccine (if not already done prior to coming to the shelter).
Additional adoption info
Sign a form to spay/neuter,microchip and rabies vaccine within 30 days following adoption. Some dogs do have a small adoption fee to help cover some of their vetting.
