3.A home visit will be set up to introduce you to the agreed upon dog (a meet and greet) and to insure the home is appropriate for the dog in question;
4.If all goes well with the home visit and the dog chooses you - you will be approved for adoption;
5.If you choose to adopt, a minimum donation is required along with a signed contract;
6.Love and nurture your new family member FOREVER.
The donation request (fee to adopt the dog) varies with the age, breed (purebred or mix), health, temperament, manners and overall disposition of the dog. The range is from $125 - $300. Donations are tax deductible.
Donations reimburse the rescue for part of the medical expenses incurred. Each dog is vet checked, brought up to date on shots, neutered/spayed and microchipped. Many dogs have dentals and blood tests as well. (Dentals are provided where deemed necessary.)
