River Rouge Animal Shelter Animal shelter in River Rouge, MI

Our purpose is to promote the animals of the River Rouge Animal Shelter, in hopes of either reuniting them with their owners or finding new homes or rescues for them.

Mission
Our mission is to bring awareness to these animals in need, with the hope of finding responsible permanent homes for them.

Description
The new and improved shelter is now very rescue friendly, but we are SMALL, and are not able to house too many animals. We do our best to network them in hopes of finding suitable adopters or rescues for them, but if our shelter fills up, then the animals who have been there the longest are in jeopardy of being euthanized.
