Overview
The Animal Pad is a nonprofit, all-breed dog rescue devoted to saving the lives of dogs facing euthanasia at high kill animal shelters, as well as saving dogs from living in deplorable conditions within Puppy Mills. Our focus is on abused, neglected, injured, and otherwise special needs dogs; in addition to a focus on overpopulated breeds, such as pit bulls, pit-mixes, and chihuahuas. We rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home locally.
We are dedicated to animal advocacy, and educating dog owners on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. We are a foster based rescue, and rely heavily on the kindness and generosity of the amazing people who make donations toward the rescue and care of the dogs we save.

FOSTER
We are always looking for wonderful foster homes for our rescue dogs. Fostering is one of the most important and rewarding roles in animal rescue. TAP will provide all necessary items and veterinary care for your foster dog. If you're interested in fostering one (or more) of our dogs, please use the email address below to contact us. Feel free to include information about yourself, as well as the types/sizes/breeds of dogs you're interested in fostering, and the city/state you reside in.

*Note: If you see a dog in need that's being networked or otherwise, that you'd be willing to foster, and no rescue is backing the dog; send us a message on our Facebook page with a link to the animal and any conditions you have (ie: if you can foster short-tem or long-term).

DONATE
Monetary and material donations are always welcome and needed. Please email the address below if you'd like to donate any items for our dogs (we desperately need crates, kennels, beds, toys, etc..).
