Animal rescue in Sonoita, AZ

ASAP Rescue, an acronym for Arizona Save A Pet is, a non-profit 501C3, NO-KILL, animal rescue located in Sonoita, Arizona. Our mission is to rescue forgotten, abused and abandoned pets primarily found at high kill animal shelters and local animal control euthanasia lists. Our sole, “soul” purpose is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home each pet. All ASAP dogs and cats, puppies and kittens are provided medical care, spay/neutering, shelter, nutrition and grooming. All ASAP pets are evaluated for temperament and personality ensuring placement in the right home. When time and resources permit, our dogs are taught basic housetraining and basic obedience. We also perform in house checks to be certain the pets are enjoying a safe and loving environment. Volunteer run, we rely on the financial kindness and compassion of animal loving donors and adoption fees to cover the medical and nutrition needs of these animals. Over the course of the past year we have re-homed approximately 250 forgotten, formerly abused and abandoned pets.
