Description
Last Hope Rescue provides:
1) Rescue by means of transfer, foster care, veterinary care and sterilization for animals that would otherwise be euthanized.
2) Assistance to other animal rescues and shelters throughout the state of Florida.
3) Foster care for surrendered animals whose owners can no longer provide for the pet or no longer wish to have them.
4) Adoption of rescued pets to qualified homes that have been properly screened by adoption coordinators and foster parents to maintain the pet in a home best suited for the lifetime of the animal.
5) Education in the community in terms of responsible pet care, ownership and animal welfare.
General Information
Last Hope Rescue, Inc., is a recognized as a tax exempt organization under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions made to Last Hope Rescue are deductible. Last Hope Rescue is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code.

We also rescue animals from high kill shelters in GA and AL.

Additional adoption info

Completing an adoption application is the first step. Our adoption fee is $125. The application is reviewed, a meet and greet done, a veterinarian reference check completed, a landlord check is done and home visit performed.
