We have been in operation since 1979, and opened our first shelter in 1988. We are proud of our excellent reputation with the public we serve and excited about how much public support we receive. We endeavor to continue to keep our reputation intact within our community by working closely with government agencies and the general public. We receive no government funding and rely solely on donations and ongoing fundraising efforts to keep our shelter open. Please visit our website for upcoming fundraising events.
