THIS RESCUE IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED PENDING EXPANSION. PLAN TO RE-OPEN NEXT YEAR 2016.
My name is Morgan and I work at a Vet Clinic (Clearfield Veterinary Clinic) where I am a vet assistant. 4 days after working here I was brought in a newborn kitten that was barely born found behind a dumpster with his deaceased mother and siblings, I was instantly saddened by this terrible reality but also happy that I was there to save him. I nursed him to health, fell inlove with him and I still have him to this day, His name is Burrito. I soon learned that this is NOT an uncommon thing that happens in our area, so I started to ask around. I found that most of these newborn babies were being euthanized and I couldn't bare the thought after having my angel, and that's where the rescue began. As of today I am single handedly responsible for the rehabilitation of about 700 lives. I do not have very many foster homes as I do not believe in one person taking in more than they can handle. My rescue may be very small but with the help of the Vet Clinic I work for they are very happy and healthy kittens no matter what, and if they aren't they ARE NOT ADOPTED!

Additional adoption info
Our standard adoption fee for kittens is $85.00. To cover the cost of Spay/Neuter, Microchiping, Vaccination, deworming and any other medical neccessities. Our kittens are cared for with much love and are trained to be acceptant of upkeeping such as nail trimming so that the costly de-clawing can be avoided.
Requirments: All kittens adopted must be indoor companions only and must be kept up on all vaccines throughout their lifetime. We also require that the owner agrees to bring the kitten back to us if they no longer want him or her rather than taking to a shelter/ rescue or any other third party. We whole heartedly love each and every orphan and want them to always be loved no matter where they are and are happy to continue to take responsibility for them long after they have been adopted.
