Pet Stop Rescue is a non-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to placing homeless and displaced dogs. Based in Ventura County, California, PSR focuses on improving and protecting the lives of dogs. We rescue dogs from kill shelters, dangerous home situations as well remote locations where people have abandoned them. We also help responsible families who find themselves in the difficult situation of needing to re-home their dogs. Most of our dogs are in foster homes until ‘lifelong’ homes can be found for them. Our volunteer fosters help us to socialize, train and rehabilitate these wonderful dogs so that they can be better members of your family once placed.
