Our mission is to find forever homes for Newfies in need! RMNR is based in Colorado, but serves Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico. We do work with any state, but handle them on a case by case basis. RMNR will rescue from shelters, private owners and Newfoundland breeders. We are open to meeting with current owners for reliquishment arrangements and any questions. Rocky Mountain Newfoundland Rescue is now a non-profit 501(3)c!! All donation are now tax-deductable!

Additional adoption info

RMNR has an adoption application and home check before placement. We like to have families complete our adoption process, so when the right newfie comes into the rescue, we have families eagerly waiting to add them to their household! Each family that applies will be matched with a Newfie that is right for their lifestyle, family and situation. We have wonderful foster families in our rescue that give plenty of TLC to any Newfoundland while waiting for their forever home! We are in need foster homes, please email us if you are interested in helping.
