2. Barkley Pay it Forward Fund - Providing financial support up to $500.00 grants to both families and no kill shelters who have special high cost vet care needs for companion animals who would otherwise be relinquished to a shelter or euthanized because of this expense. Families or no kill rescues in Iowa may inquire. See the FOUNDATION page with Barkley's story and ways to donate.

3. Animal Rescue Help's purpose is to help both families and animal rescuers with a central place to get information and valuable resources. Easy access to resources and education is essential to keeping animals in their homes through a proactive approach, and providing additional rescue options to rescuers.

4. Providing sanctuary for special needs animals Under special circumstances TBF will admit nursing mothers, elderly, disabled, puppies or kittens, puppy mill dogs or medically needy from all over the midwest to rehabilitate, provide proper medical treatment and find them new loving homes.
