Reno Ranch - Excelsior Springs Chapter

Dog rescue in Excelsior Springs, MO

Reno Ranch Rescue is dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs facing death in puppy mills or doing poorly in shelters. We work with foster families who make sure the dogs receive loving temporary care and are given as much time as it takes for their perfect family to find them. All of the dogs in our care are here because they were living in horrible conditions, many facing certain death.

We often use our own funds to help cover the cost for dogs who require surgery, heart work treatment, dental work or other medical procedures. We DO NOT profit from the “sale” of our dogs and in fact, our organization almost always operates in “the red”.

All Reno Ranch Rescue dogs are current on shots, heart worm tested, spayed or neutered, dewormed and started on preventatives before going home.
