Fallen Angels Pet Angels

Dog rescue in Garner, NC

Fallen Angels Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) rescue organization, founded, owned and operated Sally Keith, a registered nurse and former trial attorney, and Douglas Keith, MD.

We know that many people are frustrated with trying to adopt from rescues, ourselves included. We offer a more efficient adoption experience. Our goal is to streamline the adoption process while finding permanent, loving homes for our rescue babies.

At Fallen Angels, we offer happy, well-adjusted pets for a very reasonable adoption fee.To our knowledge, we have the lowest adoption fees of any 501(c)(3) rescue in NC. Our standard fee is $85.00, and all animals are spayed/neutered (if old enough), have had age-appropriate vaccines, have been de-wormed and are current on heartworm preventative. In addition, our dogs are crate trained, and have begun basic obedience training.

We serve the state of North Carolina, especially Wake, Harnett, Johnston and Durham Counties.

Additional adoption info

We respond to emails within 24 hours. Adoption contracts are required, and we will ask for a reference from your vet. If you have another dog, we may require you to bring it to meet your potential new pet prior to finalizing the adoption.

How do you apply for one of our pets? It's easy...shoot us an e-mail and include your phone number. We will actually call you (yes, really). There is no application form; we do it old school and actually talk to our potential adopters.

We DON'T ask for application fees, nor do we ask for you to fill out an applicaton longer than the United States Constitution. In addition, we don't require you to submit to a criminal background check, a lie detector test or a full body/cavity search, nor will you be asked to name the current head of Kazakhstan. In our experience, personal references are bogus; anyone who uses a reference that declares the potential adopter an idiot probably IS one, and we will figure that out on our own, thank you.
