We require an adoption application, an inspection of the potential new home. This application is extensive and will ask for your veterinarians name among other information. There is no fee for this application.
Our contract states that the adopted animal may not be sold or given away under any circumstances and will be returned to D-S Rescue if for any reason the animal cannot be kept. The adoption fees vary depending on the animal adopted.
