Our first experience with rescue was when we brought Jessie up from a kill shelter in North Carolina. Our family couldn't believe that they were killing sweet, wonderful dogs like this every day. We decided to do something about it. That was the beginning of our journey into rescue in 2006.

How To Adopt From Us
The first step is to SUBMIT AN APPLICATION found on each dog's description. When possible, the next step is checking with your Vet reference. We will then schedule a phone interview with the potential adopter to determine if the dog would be a good match for your family. A home visit is at our discretion. If the match is approved, the adopter will enter into an adoption agreement, at which point we arrange transport for the dog to it's new family. We endeavor to create forever homes for these deserving dogs; therefore, we reserve the right to refuse adoption of a dog if we determine the family is not the correct match for the dog/puppy.
