We aim to protect the welfare of the animals in the Winnemucca (Humboldt County) Community by speaking out against cruelty, rescuing animals from neglect, and helping to control overpopulation. We will work to bring awareness to the members of this community on responsible pet ownership, including the humane treatment of animals, and proper animal health care. Ultimately, we wish to build a local "no kill" animal sanctuary to serve as a center of education and operations, as well as provide a facility where we will be able to care for, rehabilitate, and re-home the animals who come to reside there.
