Canine Commitment of New England

Dog rescue in New Boston, NH

Canine Commitment is a non-profit dog rescue located in New Hampshire. We bring dogs and puppies from overrun southern shelters to New Hampshire and find them loving homes in New England and upstate NY. Now in our eighth year as Canine Commitment of New England, we have found homes for thousands of great dogs, thanks to the amazing people who choose to rescue a dog. It takes all of us to make a difference!

Rescue FAQs

Canine Commitment of New England (CCNE) has been rescuing dogs for over two years now and is continually ramping up initiatives to help more and more! We have two rescue hubs: CCNH in Bedford, NH and CCME in Augusta, ME. We have partnered with four southern rescue groups to ensure healthy, happy, well-deserved animals being helped. In addition to bringing southern dogs north, we donate time and funds to local shelters and are planning to travel south to volunteer some manual labor within the next year. Currently filing for 501c3 status, CCNE is growing fast!
