Animal rescue in Leawood, KS

We are a veterinary practice in a small metropolitan community that feels we serve the community best by offering high quality AAHA approved medicine and integrative holistic remedies. We also offer daycare, boarding, grooming, surgery, home care, and animal control services. We have two full time veterinarians, two registered vet tech and 10-12 trained support staff.

Donation We are the shelter for the lost and found pets in Leawood Kansas, and although we do get a portion of the subsequent expenses paid back from Animal Control we do have a Go Fund Me page for donations ( https://www.gofundme.com/state-line-relocation-fund ) as we were hit by TWO 100 year floods in a month! We took on water and succumbed to damages in our kennel.

Our veterinary hospital serves as the shelter for the City of Leawood, KS.

Additional adoption info

We have to keep each lost animal a total of 10 business days to assure there is not an owner searching for the pet and that they are healthy. At the end of that time we spay, neuter, do lab tests, vaccinate and prepare the pet for a new home. With an adoption form each pet has a fee, $150 for canines and $50 for felines.
