C.A.R.E. is a volunteer run shelter in Washington county, MO. We strive to provide the best health and mental care possible to our animals while they are at the shelter. The animals stay as long as it takes to find a home that best suites each one of their needs.
Most of our animals are owner give ups, pulled from local animal control, or are strays from the area. We are in a large rural area that has only a small animal control to house animals dropped off from the general public so we try to work with individuals needing to rehome their pets.
