Additional adoption info
We have an application process. Applications are screened, references are checked and a home visit is scheduled. Upon qualifying to adopt a golden we match the golden to the lifestyle and activity level of the family. For dogs less than one year of age, GRREP observes adoption fee policies in compliance with City of El Paso Municipal Code Title 7. For adult dogs, a minimum donation of $250 is requested at the time of adoption to help cover spay/neutering, microchip, transportation(to and from vet, foster families, etc.), food and medical care for rescued goldens.
