WY Rat Terriers Rescue is a not for profit volunteer run rescue. We strive to provide a safe, loving, home environment for Rat Terriers who are abandoned, abused, neglected, or homeless while they await a safe loving lifelong home of their own. We are committed to educating current and prospective owners on the special needs and temperament of Rat Terriers in order to promote responsible ownership and to prevent future displaced terriers

We serve Wyoming and neighboring states although we do rescue/adopt nationwide whenever possible. Adoptions are possible anywhere!

1. If you have found the dog that you wish to adopt, or if you would like to be placed on the waiting list you may use the contact form on our website www.ratdogrescue.com or email us at ratterrierrescue@hotmail.com to let us know when the best time to reach you is.
2. There will be an application for you to fill out which will help us to match you to the right dog. You can print out the application by going to our website at www.ratdogrescue.com
3. Once your application has been processed, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the details of your application, and schedule a visit.
