We are a small sanctuary that focuses on seniors and special needs animals. Some of our little ones are blind, some are deaf, some have cancer. All are loved and cared for, have the proper vet treatment, and are spayed and neutered. We are strong advocates of spaying and neutering, since that is the only way to end the senseless killing of perfectly adoptable, loving animals. We currenlty are not accepting any new animals at this time, but will be happy to post your pet on our website with your contact information to assist your pet in finding a new home.

Additional adoption info
Since our focus is on sanctuary care, and we are a no-kill, we encourage you to visit your local animal control or kill shelter first, since adopting from them will save another life. For our pets that are looking for their forever home, we have very strict adoption policies. We require, and check, vet and personal references. If you rent your home, we will have to verify with your landlord that you have permission to have a pet. We also require an adoption application/contract be completed. Our adoption fees are a modest $125 for dogs, $80 for cats, $100 for ferrets, and $20 for guinea pigs. These policies are in place to safeguard the animals, and to ensure they will be placed into loving homes.
