BARC is a non-profit (501C3) all volunteer group dedicated to animal welfare. Our main focus is to reduce euthanasia by promoting and providing spay/neuter surgeries for pets of low-income families.

BARC offers a one-of-a-kind spay/neuter program called the Furry Fix.

BARC has a low cost spay/neuter program for pets of low income families.
Our program is open to anyone who can show proof of government assistance or low income in Missouri and Illinois.
