Rescue FAQs

NBRAN adopts Brittanys in all 48 contiguous states and Canada. We help transport them to their new homes with a transport that volunteers sign up to drive 60 - 90 mile legs.

Additional adoption info

Each adopter must complete an application on our website at www.nbran.org. A volunteer will contact you and work with you to find the perfect fit for your family and the brittany. A homevisit is required, as this is the only way we can be sure the right dog is being placed with you. Once the right brittany has been found, we will help transport him we only ask the adopting family to drive the last leg if it is a long distance adoption.
