WAIF

Animal rescue in New Orleans, LA

We are a very small group of women who mainly concentrate on trap, neuter, return of strays, and ferals in the New Orleans area. During kitten season we always catch some small enough to be socialized and adopted out. We also occasionally rescue a dog that we can adopt out. We also occasionally come across a guinea pig or rabbit that we can rescue and adopt out. Every animal that goes out the door is spayed or neutered.

Additional adoption info

We have an adoption application that needs to be filled out. We sometimes ask for an adoption fee. It depends on the expenses we have incurred with that particular animal. We do a vet check.
