Established in 2005, La Crescent Animal Rescue (LAR) is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c) 3
organization dedicated to the protection and welfare of animals in La Crescent, Minnesota. We are a committed to providing a no-kill shelter, which means we are always seeking volunteers and foster homes as well as permanent homes for our animals.

Our rescue shelter depends solely on the support and generosity of our volunteers and community,
to help give animals the best care and love they so richly deserve.

To adopt, visit our shelter! We do require veterinarian and personal references to adopt. All pets need to be current on vaccinations and have regular wellness vet visits.
