The Ferret Cubby Shelter/Rescue is a no-kill organization which provides services for stray, abandoned, or otherwise unwanted ferrets. We provide shelter, care, medical needs and adoptions for ferrets. We also provide information about ferrets for anyone who asks. We hope that through education and contact, people will gain a better understanding of the domestic ferret as a fun and playful pet.

We serve all of Cache Valley, Salt Lake Valley and Southern Idaho. We have adopters who have come as far away as Nevada, Wyoming, Montana.
Additional adoption info
We require an adoption applicaiton, which we process to make sure the application meets the basic requirements. Has a vet set up who handles ferrets, they are allowed to have pets if they rent, etc. When you have passed the application process, you set up an appointment to come to the shelter and meet our adoptable ferrets. We close the adoption with an adoption contract, the ferrets medical records, and some basic ferret information. We instruct you on basic ferret care.
