FCER is an all volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit. We take in owner surrenders and seizures from the NM Livestock Board. All horses are rehabilitated and assessed before becoming available for adoption.

Adoption fees vary by the horses age, training, and ability. All adoptors must complete an Adoption Application, which is processed for approval. Upon approval an Adopiton Agreement is drawn up, which includes a probationary period.
