We are a 501(c)3 charitable rescue dedicated to the rehoming of Rottweilers and to the education of people as to our breed, and animals in general. We will give referrals, if needed, for any breed or type of animal. We will try to help owners with advice and/or referral to a behaviorist for problems that can possibly be solved without having to have the dog euthanized or placed in a rescue situation.

We serve the thumb and southeastern areas of Michigan
Additional adoption info
We require an application be submitted first (online at web site), veterinarian check will be done, as will a home check. Our adoption fee is $250.00. A contract must be agreed to and signed prior to adoption. This is a small rescue and if you are in a hurry for a Rottweiler, go somewhere else. Finding the correct forever home for each dog takes time. If adoption does not work out for any reason, the dog has to be returned to For The Love Of Rotts...The Michigan Connection.
