COPE Animal Rescue

Animal rescue in Wilmington, IL

COPE (Cat Overpopulation Planned Endeavor) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to reducing the number of homeless and unwanted pets in Will and Grundy counties, spaying and neutering as many cats as possible through our TNR program, removing non-feral strays from the streets and placing them into our adoption program after providing them with proper medical care.

We are also committed to rescuing abandoned and/or injured pets who are in need of medical attention and forever homes. COPE is a no-kill organization, and does not believe in euthanasia as a means of controlling pet overpopulation.

COPE is 100% volunteer managed and operated, and all funds received for the animals go toward the medical care, spaying/neutering, and the daily care of our pets until they are adopted into a forever family.
