Additional adoption info

The shelter's adoption fees for puppies and kittens under 1 yr old is $30.00. That is a $5 adoption fee and $25 deposit towards getting the animals spayed or neutered within 30 days of adoption. Once spayed or neutered you would get the $25 deposit back. The adoption fee for the older dogs or cats is $55 and that consists of $30 adoption fee and $25 deposit towards the spay/neuter of the animal. We have the city working with us on the spay and neuter and we also have a vet that works with us also in helping get them in quick to get spay/neutered. We require a follow up on all animals to ensure their safety and well being and to make sure that they have been spayed or neutered. If you do not get them spay/neutered the $25 deposit is non-refundable.
