We are a public charity under the IRS Code 501(c)(3)
Our Mission: To provide quality services for rescue, rehabilitative, adoptions, and/or retirement for cocker spaniels of all ages, regardless of health conditions, through placement in permanent homes, sanctuaries, and foster care programs.
This organization became incorporated and recognized by the IRS in July of 2006. We are a very small organization with an annual intake of 22 cockers and cocker mixes. Our ultimate goal is to develop the land we own as a retirement sanctuary for unadoptable cockers.
We are foster based and are always looking for foster homes and funds for veterinary costs. All of our cockers are spayed/neutered prior to adoption and are heartworm tested plus on heartworm preventative, flea and tick preventative, up-to-date on shots and socialized We also rehome cats through in=store adoption centers. The same policies are in place for our cats.

Additional adoption info
All adoptions are a specific fee plus state sales tax. WI sales tax is 5.5% MN sales tax varies depending where the adoption take place. We require a completed adoption application prior to visiting any of our foster dogs. We require a home visit and we do call references.
We do have an Interim agreement which lasts 5 weeks.: The adopter pays the fee up front for the cocker and then signs an interim agreement. If during the 5 weeks the adoption is just not going to work, the dog is returned to us and a full refund is given. After 5 weeks the adoption contract takes over.
