The Louis Animal Foundation provides a practical approach to solving pet overpopulation. We operate a low cost mobile spay/neuter clinic vehicle serving Northern Arkansas and Southern Missouri. Groups or individual rescuers interested in having the vehicle come to their area may contact us. Veterinarians practicing anywhere in the United States, interested in helping solve overpopulation in Arkansas and Missouri, are invited to contact us to work on the vehicle.
