S.M.A.R.T.R.is a 100% no kill animal refuge. We have been in operation for over 25 years doing animal rescue and adoptions for any species of animal. We are a family operated organization and collect no paychecks or financial payment of any kind. All donations go to support the animals.

First, you fill out an adoption application, then we do an in home visit with the animal to see how they like the new environment. Afterwards, if everything is good then all that is left is the $50.00 adoption fee.
