Rescue FAQs

Turtle Pants Farm is a not-for-profit organization that is comprised of volunteers who are dedicated to rescuing all animals. These volunteers receive no payment except the sense of accomplishment and personal satisfaction found in placing an abandoned animal into a loving, caring, and permanent home. Our mission is to help all species of animals find a forever home where they will be loved and appreciated.
We serve all of North Carolina but specifically Chatham County.

Additional adoption info

We have an adoption contract that is filled out at the time of adoption and normally charge $200 for dogs. Other species adoption fees are variable.
