Pets Come First is a 501c (3) non-profit, primarily all-volunteer
organization. Pets Come First was organized to help
educate the community on the necessary steps
needed to end the number of homeless and abandoned
animal in Central PA. We are committed to working in
partnership with all local rescues, and to provide
monetary and voluntary resources to support and
sponsor local animal programs in our community.
