Rescue FAQs

Pet Rescue of Maryland is a non-profit animal rescue dedicated to saving the lives of dogs, cats, kittens and puppies. We are staffed only by volunteers and rely in the kindness of our community to financially support our efforts. We do not have a central shelter. All of our animals are fostered in our homes as if they were our pets. This allows us to assess each animal and help find the home that best fits with their needs. We treat each animal as if they are part of our family until they become part of yours.
We are only able to adopt to families within 30-40 miles of Baltimore, MD. Please go to our website at www.petrescueofmd.org and read our FAQ's and Adoption information to answer the most commonly asked questions.
