CPR Fund

Dog rescue in Lowell, IN

The CPR Fund is an all-volunteer network of foster homes dedicated to rescuing adoptable dogs from local animal control facilities' "Death Row." Once given "clemency," all dogs are taken into our homes, vetted, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, crate-trained (or started), housebroken (or started), and given whatever else they might need, especially the love and attention they truly deserve.
