California Animal Shelter Friends, Inc. is a 501(c3) non-profit animal welfare organization. We work to reduce euthanasia rates of abandoned animals.
We rescue primarily sick, injured and newborn but otherwise highly adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens from animal shelters and veterinary hospitals where they have been abandoned by their owners.
We provide these rescued animals with medical care, foster care, rehabilitation and socialization and then find them permanent, loving homes.
Create an alert and get notified with newly adoptable pets that meet your criteria.

Additional adoption info
We require an adoption application and do adoptions by appointment only after having received and approved a completed adoption application.
Our animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, on flea control, heartworm tested (adult dogs), FeLV/FIV tested (all cats and kittens), and provided with other necessary medical care.
We charge an adoption fee for each animal which is listed in each animal's description on that animal's homepage. Search all of our animals by visiting our homepage at http://www.casf.rescuegroups.org.
