The goal of Virginia Shar-Pei Rescue is to help rehabilitate and re-home shelter Shar-Pei, Shar-Pei in situations of cruelty and neglect or simply families that can no longer care for their Chinese Shar-Pei.
We are an IRS 501©3 approved organization. Our group is comprised of volunteers that are dedicated to finding loving, forever homes for Shar-Pei in need.

All applicants should fill out and submit an online application or download and send in an application. Upon receipt of your application, we will contact your vet for a reference and then arrange a home visit. Once this has been done we will try to match you with a Pei that you are compatible with. There is an adoption fee, which is explained on the application. All Pei are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention and micro-chipped.
