Additional adoption info
Each and every dog accepted into the program undergoes a physical examination by a veterinarian, is spayed/neutered, brought up to date on shots, checked for heart worm and tick borne diseases, started on monthly heart worm preventative, de-wormed, and any other medical problems they may have will be treated prior to being adopted.
We have no shelter - all of our dogs live in foster homes in the Central Wisconsin area until we find them a home. The adoption fees are based on the age of the Shih Tzu. These fees are used to offset our vet bills and range from $175.00 to $450.00.
